These terms cover the margeworks.com website, the Margeworks app and Margeworks accounts. By using them you agree to these terms. How we handle your information is on the privacy page.

Your account

• An account is for one person. Use an email address you control; it is how you sign in.
• Anyone who can open the app signed in as you can control the coaches linked to your account. Keep your phone locked, and sign out on all devices from the app if one goes missing.
• We may suspend or close an account that is misused.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app or by email.

Remote access

Remote access depends on your coach's internet connection, ours and your phone's, and any of them can fail. Don't rely on it for anything where safety depends on it.

Slides, jacks and anything else that moves can only be controlled from inside the coach, never remotely. We may limit other functions remotely for safety, and change which ones as the product develops.

The app and the website

The app is licensed to you, not sold. Use it to control your own coach. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it, or use it to get into systems that aren't yours.

We keep improving the app and the service and may change or retire features. If we ever stop offering remote access, the app will keep working on your coach's network.

Hardware

Installing a panel means working on your coach's electrical system; follow the install guide, and get help if you're unsure.

No guarantees

The website, the app and remote access are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Margeworks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the website, the app or remote access. Our total liability for any claim about them is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date at the top and, if you have an app account, email you before it takes effect. Using the app after that means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
